About the Event

Learn about Indigenous history, identity, and advocacy in Canada and how to be an ally in the SLP field. This event will be presented by Michelle Dolmaya and Mikyla Grau and is open to all SLPs. All profits from event ticket sales will be going towards an Indigenous cause.

For anyone unable to attend the live presentation, we will be sending a link to the recording that will be up for a week after the event. If you would like this recording, please purchase a ticket and we will automatically send it to you if you are unable to attend.

Note: We are not Indigenous or experts in Indigenous affairs. Our SLPs took the 12-week course on Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta to better understand and support our Indigenous families. They analyzed the information to present a summary and a relation to speech therapy practice. All are welcome.
